Ian had his 8 week doctor's appointment yesterday. He weighed in at 13 lbs 1/2 oz and he is 24in long! He also received his first shots. Amanda said that he screamed, but as soon as she picked him up he calmed down. As some of you may or may not know Ian has a small case of thrush on the inside of his cheeks. They gave him a special medication in the doctor's office, gentian violet, which turned his mouth purple! All-in-all he is doing great. We are so excited to see everyone for the holidays. And here is the warning...For all of you that have already seen him, get ready to be amazed how big he is!
